these videos are not for entertainment, they are clearly "fair dealing" under UK copyright law and are exempt as they are reporting current affairs, as I am sure you are aware UK courts "bear in mind that considerations of public interest are paramount".
UK courts see the fair dealing defence usually only applies when part of a work has been taken such as small clips as per my youtube videos.
Reporting of current events
Under Section 30(2), fair dealing using any work for the purpose of reporting current events, with sufficient acknowledgement, is a valid exception to copyright. Photographs are excluded, however; Cornish, Llewelyn and Aplin write that this is "in order to preserve the full value of holding a unique visual record of some person or event" (13TH OCT 2017) Subscribe for more Andrew Neil stumping guests.
skip to 4:30 to see the dismantling start.

That’s spot on. I think that their arguments and beliefs have become so absurd, that we literally forget that they are saying “we, a tiny part of the population, have decided how we want the rest of the world to live-based on our own opinions .... and you need to live by them, or you will be destroyed”. If that is not fascism then I don’t know what is.

idk minorities, generally, just want the same rights that non-minorities (e.g., a cisgender/gender-conforming/whatever, straight, white guy) already have. the rights they (non-minorities) literally founded. i think it's ridiculous (as a minority myself) that some others cannot understand that change takes time and won't happen overnight. all we get are breadcrumbs and i think that's better than nothing, so i'll take the breadcrumbs. however, op, your comment is very hypocritical in the sense that, it's literally what non-minorities are always doing. making all the rules and then, for EXAMPLE, claiming "reverse-racism" when a person of color is only fighting for their CIVIL RIGHTS, which *are* RULES MADE BY NON-MINORITIES or those who were generally better off fundamentally to the entire system. as far as other comments in the replies go, as well, minorities are called that because, yes, the population isn't STATISTICALLY as large as the current U.S. population of whites (including white hispanics and latinos, who exist), which is at 76.9% currently. Non-hispanic and latino white people make up only around 60% of the current U.S. population, leaving the other almost HALF as minorities of some kind. i think its fair that, regardless of race, gender, etc., all PEOPLE should have the same rights. it really just comes down to the elementary school golden rule of 'treat others the way you want to be treated', so it's really not...that radical of a notion. some people do make it too radical and i understand that, but i'm talking specifically about reasonable and realistic people, not anyone with a radical or unrealistic "agenda". also, i know this video is speaking about the UK, but much of what i said to a degree still applies and i'm american and don't really care about britain because everyone there annoys me and i just dislike british culture, so, politics aside, i'm basing this only off of my own observations, experiences, and facts i know of regarding the united states as i'm not as educated on anything going on in the U.K. and admit to willful ignorance when it comes to politics in the U.K.

As long as their is white guilt their will be racism. The problem with minorities isn't racism, it's freedom. They can't handle the personal responsibility that comes with it. Once you are a victim, you are stuck, your development is permanently arrested, stripped of all capacity for introspection and self improvement. This ideology is far more damaging and insedeous than any oppression ever was. It robs a person of their legacy as a free person to pursue happiness in a free Western civilazation. It's one of the most heartbreaking and at the same time infuriating thing to behold, people waisting their lives searching the depths for another example of unconscious racism to explain the misery and failure that their lives have become.

Some 'white' places experience just as much disenfranchisement as this little poppet (or is that poppette?) is claiming, yet they don't pull out a victim card like this one. Not doing too badly if s/he can afford gender-enhancements or whatever you call it. Andrew Williams - the most racist people I know are coloured. I remember working with a single Indian guy when an attractive female joined the office. I joked with him that we would fix him up ... he looked horrified and stated "but she is black". Six months later he went off to India to marry some Indian girl who he had never met ... how bizzare is that. He was very conscious of the 'cast system'. When another friend from Nigeria had problems with management he told me "never mind I shall play the race card". 'Race' is something used by coloured socialists to advance themselves ... FACT.

Yea, hikelfin actually hit the nail on the head. I got into an argument with one of these people because she said that anytime a cop is involved with a black person, for ANY reason, it's racism. I of course informed her that saying that... is in fact racist, as it robs black people of their agency. So instead of looking at a guy in trouble with the cops as "John, the corner store cashier who had dreams of moving out of his neighborhood but made a mistake one day" he's now just "Black." That's his identity. Black. Name, race, hopes dreams everything, just Black. She went on and on about how it IS racist because white cops are shooting them for sport and all that bullshit, but it's like I told her, that white people are shot and killed by cops about twice as much every year. She then went on about how "Well that's because there's five times more white people, so it doesn't matter." Funny how I've never heard this argument as to why there's so many white CEOs, but ok. So I then brought up that sure sure, although when considering that over half of violent crime in the US is perpetuated by such a (As she put it) small demographic of the races, then with all that exposure to police on the daily, why the hell are they STILL shooting and killing twice as many white people? That with as much exposure to black people, if they were shooting them "for sport" then our streets would be paved with their corpses. She basically deflected that and still called racism because white cops are still racist and shooting them. Then I busted out that a black cop is 3.3 times more likely to discharge their weapon at a scene, or that an armed black guy is less likely to be shot than an unarmed white one and just went down the line. Her response was seriously "How can you possibly say that???" I of course respond that "Because it's TRUTH." Her reply was (I shit you not) "Well, that's YOUR truth, it's different for black people because you're not taking their lived experience" and then tells me some shit about how her once black boyfriend got pulled over, but white girls she knows never did, so "Racism." Of course, I counter with "Noo... that's OBJECTIVE truth. There IS no my truth your truth or any of that bullshit, there's only what is, and what isn't and what you're claiming ISN'T." I'd known her for years, but haven't heard from her since then. No sweat off my ass. No lie, she was lie crying and shouting, even going on that "If you don't stop, I'm going to start thinking things about you that you probably don't want me to." "What, that I'm an intelligent and logical person who cares more about truth than being right?"

The truth is the only actual power in this world is money, and they don't give a damn wether your white, black, asian, gay, trans, if you can make money for other people you will be accepted, if not then you will be ignored it's as simple as that.

Christian968 Bing0z first of all you cannot be racist to the same people that created racism and thats that and yes i do think being a white man automatically gives you better life chances in every aspect compared to that of a minority lmfao its always been the case and sadly considering all the recent events and also case studies if you want to get factual, looks like it will continue to unfortunately be the case. No one is claiming you shouldn’t complain about any injustice but anything you struggle with in terms of so called reverse racism or colorism or being targeted because you’re skin is ghostly white is not comparable to that of a person of colour. Its come to a point where the oppressors want to be victims so bad as if its a competition. Yall are MAD funny.

Jon, there is nothing about your political ideology, or agenda, that I agree with. You are talking to a man that would like to see Nigel Farage as Prime Minister, or even better yet, I would heartily recommend that the UK finds itself a "Donald Trump" as quickly as possible, because the UK has its very own "swamp" to drain, As you may have gathered, I have no time for SJW's, or 3rd stage feminists. (I believe Emmeline Pankhurst would be turning in her grave if she saw what the new "feminism" had degenerated into)

I was seven in a city park by myself and approached by four blacks. I thought they were just mean. I didn't recognize it as racism until I encountered it again in my late teens. In adulthood I've learned that blacks can't get along with each other. How do you expect them to get along with other people? Yet they want/expect everybody to get along with them.

My first of many was when I was 7 1986 when my brother and I were attacked by a gang of older black boys because we were white. I believe they were angry black boys who probably grew up to be angrier black men IDK. Sad thing is my family history had zero involvement in owning black slaves or any oppression of black people. My Grandpa and his brothers actually really put it to a White Adult that tried to rape a black teenage that was there neighbor and childhood friend. I know not all black people are racist or angry about stuff that is literally out of our control the past, however there seems to be a growing number of them and it saddens my heart. I wish MLK wasn't murdered he has really been needed my whole life.

Paul Harrison Hair color isn’t a culture. Do you know what culture is? And blackface isn’t “cultural appropriation”; at least here in the USA, it has a touchy history. People like to think that it was most common during American slavery, and therefore lost its relevance 5,000 when American slavery apparently ended, but it was actually most prominent during Jim Crow. Millennials’ parents and grand parents and even great parents (if they’re still alive) lived through that and suffered the ramifications from it. So we’re not even far enough removed that the last generation to live through widespread prevalence of it is even close to dying. So, sure, in 2019, it’s still an understandably touchy subject. What’s more, “white” isn’t a culture, either. The vast vast VAST majority of white people outside of Nordic countries who sport blonde hair have dyed their hair. Is it fair to say that something that doesn’t even have to do with you personally is part of your “culture”? So why don’t blondes get mad at non-blondes for “appropriating” their “culture” instead of non-blonde whites getting mad at non-blonde non-whites? I’m not here to defend the concept of cultural appropriation, which I think is useless and inept. I’m just giving you a hard time about your equally useless and inept comparison.

The opportunities are out there, it is up to you to take advantage of them.
