Survivor`s guilt is basically forms core of Shirou personality. So he can`t allow himself just to be happy; he has to earn it by helping others

Nope, the "survivors guilt" is only the surface level. Shirou already died in that fire.

The most important part of this part of this story is actually how nonchalant Shirou's reaction is to losing control of his right upper right side of his body like how he reacted when he got stabbed by Rider in her debut.

Before that sword projection Shirou never actually used his magic circuits. Every time before that he created artificial circuit from his own nerves. It was descibed as "putting molten metal rod in spine" and it still a mystery how he didn`t die.

I thougth that you kept calling Assassin a servant without a master because his only obligation is to keep Ruyodou tample safe from intruders but i guess you forgot that Caster is his master and the one who summoned him.....
