In this video we go behind the scenes to see how our latest RoboMACH cells have benefited during cell setup and calibration.
📍 We ditched the teach spike and developed a plugin to capture and calculate robot frames.
📍 The system is as easy to use as a traditional teach process, but removes the inaccuracy of human error, and speeds up the process.
📍 It uses an integrated CMM-based measurement process with a wireless touch probe.
📍 It can be used with a tooling ball, machined edge, or just a flat surface.
