I am in the process of setting up a rock flower/ricoreda/mangrove biotope to mimic the Florida Keys/Carribean where they are found. I am going to have some peterson shrimp and porcelian crabs. I am very excited and have begun to start to my collection. I hope this video doesn't make them the next hot reef critter, lol.

To obtain a tank like his? Easily years in the making. Years of mistakes, experimenting, learning and lots of money. But the journey is so worth it and very rewarding. Within a year of researching and learning from experience, you can have a beautiful reef tank. Quality matters, never go the cheap route. I learned from that mistake.

I found some selling local for 25 bucks a piece and no shipping YAY! I was going to pick up 3 or 4! Do they always huddle together or can they separate into different sections of the tank? I would love to have baby nems and wondering if it would be easy to vacuum them up by accident? I tend to move things around when I vacuum so I can do a good job and really get the tank clean! How are you able to vacuum sand bed with so many? I would love to have the bottom covered like that but no way to really keep nitrates down since I dont have fuge ect..How do you keep urs down in a small tank and probably not able to vacuum real well?

I have come home to a rock flower trying to swallow my clown fish. I don't think a perfectly healthy fish would spontaneously die directly over the spot where the anemone happened to catch it. So bizarre.
