Get a black light and look at those ones you've cut open under it in a dark place, they should all show fluorescent properties. That's one of the really neat things about the rocks from Jack Rabbit Springs.

Yes, we did this when we got them and some didn’t but a lot of them were orange and a little purple

I lived not far from Jackrabbit Springs in Rogerson. Been there several times. Once found a rose colored crystal the size of a golf ball. Pretty cool 👍

Watching you operate the wet saw was a hole clenching experience & your reaction once you turned it off was hilarious! I can clearly see you know how to operate one, please take some precautions next time & wear some goggles & a respiratory shield. Stones & minerals contain many of the same elements that we see on class action lawsuit commercials about mesothelioma & asbestos & oxidized metals, like copper & iron & magnesium which can annoying to fatal. Open air environment or not, its direct contact & hazardous. Please, try asbestos you can next time & brew up some safe-tea.
