I just got back from Oregon yesterday I saw you down there. I said hello and you greeted me back, but I didn’t realize who you were until I still started watching your video. I did get a lot of different types of gems. I wish there was a way I could show you, but I found this one when you look at it it’s pink but when you charge you light on it it’s purple. I also found she’s an aqua blue a little small piece, but still

Awesome, I always wondered if anyone else noticed those "fossils" in the rocks. I have a few favorite fossils I have picked up over the years, from Beverly Beach to Port Angeles. It's an amazing world of the past, that we can hold in our hand.

Great show Karen! I think these days I’m most excited to find gold 😅. Many agates and fossils are a close second. But gold is for some reason super exciting to me again right now. The idea that one of my concretions could hold a crab or ammonite has me really excited too. Holding off for 2k subs to break it has been hard especially since I haven’t been advertising my channel or doing anything to try and grow it lol. In fact I lost as many subs as I gained this month probably due to lack of content. 😅

It is a long, sad story, so I won't bother with the details, but I found and lost two natural diamonds on the Oregon coast (Pirate's Cove) years ago. I am sure most will doubt my story, and I certainly can't prove it, but it is true.

Beach Agate is just a blanket term for the agates found on the beach, yes. There's a myriad of possible kinds of agates on the beach including the carnelians, blue-blacks, honey, moon, clears, etc. Sometimes they're even different than you think when you cut them open or tumble them. What are the names of the beaches in oregon that you go to?

I usually don't give exact locations for a few reasons but I can tell you the footage for this video was all central coast. The beaches change so quickly that it doesn't make sense to give a location, only to have someone report to me later that there was nothing there, lol. We usually drive along the coast with binoculars and scope until we see gravel on the beach. Your best luck is when there's gravel showing and on a low tide so you don't get hit by sneaker waves. This was a collection of scenes from around the central coast of Oregon. The wash outs vary each day, so if you're headed out, I'd bring binoculars and scope the beaches as you go, that's what we always do. Happy hounding!
