I wish development effort didn't go into creating these games... Spend that money on more content. I don't think anyone were playing these guitarcade games. They are terrible.

Rocksmith 2014 is looking really good. The mini-games look well done, and I like how the interface and layout were changed. Much more bright and colorful.

I have a question. Will there be a way to lock in a set difficulty and just forget about the leader boards? Some games I'm great at like scale runner but others I have to pause the game like dawn of the chorded to see what the hell i'm trying to do because the game just gets extremely hard way too quickly with barre chords. If there is a way to say, limit the chords in dawn of the chorded to just a selection and have them randomly get called out that would be a great learning tool.

I use a component cable to hook my console up to my tv. I plug the red, green and blue cables into the tv as normal and the audio cables (red and white) into my stereo, eliminating all lag. My tv tries to make the audio sound a little sweeter which makes it lag out a little. It might be a struggle to get the audio cables to reach unless your stereo is right next to your tv, mine is underneath. hope this is useful to you.

I use the default cable that comes with Rocksmith directly into a console which uses the default speaker of my TV, no external system. I tried 3 different TV's and I've been doing some Googlin' and it turns out I'm not the only one with the problem. Maybe the processing in Xbox/PS is poor compared to PC? I know for sure I'm getting RS14 for PC

Could you guys please put some "Smiths" songs in. Like "Barbarism begins at home", "Hand in Glove" , "Nowhere Fast" or "This Charming Man". Would be a bitch to chart with all the layers, but still the tabs or just not cutting it.

Don't use a HDMI cable for audio output, the standard was designed for playing movies not live music. You can get analogue audio cables for PC, PS3 and 360 then just run them to a decent set of speakers.

I use the PS3 and have no problems. I even use different speakers than the TV speakers.. It may involve the settings in game or on your TV. I'm not sure, but I hope you figure it out.

Oh wow thanks. ATM I'm just using a HDMI cable from my Xbox/PS to my TV... This is probably a dumb question but are those cables included? I certainly recognize them.

The one thing I hope they've addressed in the Guitarcade games is the games levelling up in speed AND difficulty at the same time. As a beginner, Dawn of the Chordead in the original RS could have been great for me practicing chords, but after a few A's, D's and C's, as well as throwing new chords at me, it also got faster. I needed the new less familiar chords to practice, but I still needed the time to get my fingers down on them. Within a couple of minutes I'd not be able to keep up.
