Been racing and building motors and doing all aspects of auto repair for 35 years and getting distracted cost me time and frustration! Slow down and if you get distracted or side-tracked, take a minute to not assume anything.

That's why most manuals say check rotation after each rod/piston is assembled into the engine. A way of double checking yourself.

When I am building an engine I turn off the phone and lock the doors. I have see and done many things incorrectly do to what I call yapping when I should have been focusing. Another great video Kevin!

You better check the bearing itself . I have seen the stamped wrong as far as upper and lower.

i think i did this cause my rotating assembly binds up only when i put the pistons in , but spins free just the crank?
