@@AllanElMelon1043 thats not what he meant. Bodybuilders on stage are at their weakest and close to fainting because of their preparation for the show. Bodybuilders stop drinking water completely few days before the show. it makes their skin so dry that it sticks to the muscles, making them more pronounced. That is what they call conditioning. They also stop eating carbs completely for a few weeks before the show, which makes them so weak that they are barely functioning. Then, day before the show, they start eating extreme amounts of carbs (all without water). Because their were lacking carbs in weeks prior, their muscles overcompensate, taking more carbs than they needs. Which makes their muscle blow up, making them even bigger than normally possible.
