The funny thing about the back button risers for the Ally is on the OG Ally people were swapping them out for low profile buttons because they stick out so far. Also I use my back buttons for FPS like COD. One for jump and the other for slide/crouch.

I just got my Skull & Co accessories a couple days ago for my Rog Ally X. It is an amazing feel and fit for the device with ample protection from the carry case. I also got the back paddle risers and adhered the clicky ones over the push. Overall, I enjoy Skull & Co's products for my gaming peripherals. Another great video as always. 🎮

Awesome content as always. Random thought, I don’t think you really should put the cup numbers in titles anymore 🤔 it could maybe be intimidating to a newcomer to your content. As someone who’s watched every video for the past couple years, I watch it anyway. But for people finding the channel it MIGHT make them think they can’t start at a random cup. Just food for thought! Take it from me! I have had the Ally X and the Legion Go….i eventually sold them and went straight back to my SD OLED! The convenience is simply unmatched. Those windows handhelds are basically just mini laptops with controllers on both sides.

Recently just sold all my gaming equipment and purchased the Legion Go. It's somewhat of a finicky machine but soooo much more powerful than the Steam Deck. I actually like the tinkering around with the setting to get the optimal gameplay experience. It's probably not for everyone but I like it

agreed. the big screen is amazing and after updating the drivers yourself it runs games pretty damn good

Agreed. The big screen is awesome and overall, is better than the ROG ally x! Having said that, it is too janky for my taste Moseley due to windows, so I went back to my Steam Deck OLED, and I am very happy. The Deck might not be as powerful over 15TDP, but the experience is just too seamless to ignore. The Deck was truly designed for people like me whom are not into tinkering. Besides, I only play turn based rpg games and for the very few games which aren’t such as Dragon Age, I can always use GFN! No compromises on my end

@@markaznar1979 That's valid. I had the Steam Deck before I got the Legion Go and it was amazing. I wanted a little more power and I like the tinkering around with settings and I use it as my main PC.

Be careful about the Rog Ally X sometimes it turns on in the case and leaves on and it ends up Cooking inside some cases. It's happen to me twice. I think it accidentally touches the power button to turn on.

@@hikkix4 I did not have a grip case at the time for the Ally X because there were not many available til now. I am now using the Jsaux Modcase so no need (for me) to use the cases now.

Pretty cool Skull & Co sent all this to you. I've been considering buying another case/grip for mine. I have the Jsaux travel grip case with the hard cover front. It's nice but a little uncomfortable. Also been trying to avoid the bulky carry cases. I say all this, and yet I've not played any video games lately. Been too scatter brained to focus on one man. Sucks.

Glad to see the ROG joystick orientation is the superior layout (hence why Nintendo AND Xbox both use it). I would love to see Steamdeck and PS upgrade to the same layout to better support 3D games...
