Only complain about this entire CrossFit games is how much they doubted Ohlsen, over and over again. Hated hearing them say he was opening up to hot or this isn’t smart for him. Question for those in the know: This sport seems to me to be rife with all manner of exposure to injury. Is this a correct observation? P.S: Please don't misunderstand, I think these people are amazing athletes and very dedicated to what they do, it just appears to be not meant for a career of longevity.
@a1ace19915 жыл бұрын
Not really more than any other professional sport, runners are hurt often as well. Crossfit as a pro sport is diffrent than crossfit for normal people. People dont really get hurt too bad.
@richardsanchez91905 жыл бұрын
Any sport has the risk of injury. I mean if you wanna go for horrific injuries, strongman you're lifting huge ass weights if those come down you're kind of done. Powerlifting your guts can fall out of your ass so theres danger everywhere.

Tian do you really think this workout is for muscle growth? To have bigger biceps? 😂
@casualarrogance5 жыл бұрын
Tian this is not bodybuilding. In fitness there are 10 physical skills, only one is strength, but stamina, agility, coordination are as much as important. Kipping is used only in these “races”, to challenge your conditioning and other skills. During training you do lots, lots, lots of strict movements, like pullups, handstand push-ups, and so on. And you never do kipping if you don’t have the strenght and skill. Never.
