I love how at the start he is sort of mildly annoying, then on Act 2 you learn he helps save the Tieflings kids at the cost of his own siblings and while still a bit of an ass, you can sympathize with him, even more when he does a pretty good attempt of reaching Moonrise when he doesn't have Isobel's blessing nor the lantern, trying to rescue said siblings. Then on Act 3, seeing him so meek and subdued is so jarring, alone instead with his siblings. His little arc was one of my favorites among the background NPCs 😊
