Wow, this would have made life easier when we had chickens. On another note; We bought a Alexapure water purifier. How do we keep the water that’s in the upper tank from leaking out onto the counter top once the lower tank is filled? We’re supposed to keep the filter in water, but it leaks out. Eric, do you have a secret of keeping the water in the upper tank?

I have a Berkey so I am unfamiliar with the Alexapure. For the Berkey, I don't fill it too full. Ours has overflowed when we put too much in the upper tank.

I need your help...I have a chick that's 3wks old and has ...I guess displacia? So I'm not sure what to do. We tried the pipe cleaner thing my hubby saw on KZbin (like shackles lol) but it just fell all over the place so we took it off. What do you suggest?

How do you place a "saddle" or "apron" on a hen and keep it on?

For the one that I have, it uses snaps. Just loop it around her wing and snap it. Each saddle brand should come with instructions.
