It's been a few years since my friends and I went to games regularly, but our approach was: 1. Sing the Beer Barrel Polka with the PA. 2. When it's done, shout out "One more time!" 3. Sing it again, loudly with your beer held high, encourage others to keep singing it. 4. Repeat 2 & 3 until everyone gets bored. 5. Start singing "In Heaven, There Is No Beer"

My Grandparents had us sing this song when we were little. Used to dance around their kitchen in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Good times! I wish they played this song at a NY Mets Game! Good for you all!
