In this video I simply try to drill in the importance of building long term wealth with your business or side hustle! You need a long term plan! If you're running a dumpster business, junk removal company or any type of hustle - you need to have a plan to both scale the business and also reinvest your return into something that PAYS YOU LONG TERM.
Otherwise you will be stuck in a cycle. The hustle is important, but you don't want to be stuck in it forever. You want your money to eventually work for you, you don't want to always work for your money. Keep grinding folks!
Feel free to comment, like and subscribe! Catch ya in the next one.

Damn man, this is low-key super super valuable info. FHA loans and 0% interest loans parlayed into hard assets and then parlayed into financial freedom and long term wealth. I’ve studied these things for about 5 yrs and you hit it on the head. This kind of stuff needs to be taught from 9th grade all the way through college.

100% man! It's not talked about enough. If people who wanted to be successful from a young age took this knowledge and applied it early, it truly can set you up! I have plenty of friends and family who have done similar things!

But most of the time, they are taught to go to college, take on major debt, and dig yourself out with a "good job". Then save money with a 401k (which may fail you if you aren't heavily invested in watching and maintaining it, and most people don't focus that way on long-term planning). We are literally teaching kids to work hard their whole life, only to retire and be on a tighter budget.

Found your channel a few weeks ago. I did what you are doing a little over 20 years ago in a pest control business. You remind me of the process I went through and it works really well. Sold my business 3 years ago and retired at 46. I’m now missing the game that a business is and thinking about getting dumpsters. Keep hustling and you’re gonna be golden. Great job and philosophy. It works

I've been watching your videos and building ideas from it. The past few years I have been using my subcompact tractor to till gardens, do light gravel and dirt work, gravel driveway repairs, bush hogging, and looking to add a dump trailer to the side hustle. I had several jobs last year I could have save the customer a hundred dollars or so charging use of my dump trailer to bring them dirt or gravel. I figured I can also rent it for clean outs when I am not doing tractor jobs. I have even entertained a few roll offs and trailer setup similar to yours. I can use it for 2 side hustles in one. I am currently in law enforcement and it is no longer a career you stay in for longer than 20 years. It's just not worth it anymore so working on my long term plan.

What up man great video. Not sure if you remember me but I called you over a year ago when you first started. I’m out in cally and was thinking of buying a pj Rollster and 10 dumpsters. My wife was telling me to only get 5. Well you told me dumpsters were going to only go up in prices and if I had the space and money go ahead and grab them. Fast forward 1.5 years and now my $3700 dumpsters are now $8500 here in California.OMG I’m so blessed to have talked to you back then. Also, back when I got them they were just taking up space in my yard. This month I just bought 24 more dumpsters and a hooklift truck. Sold 4 dumpsters for $29k, my pj Rollster for for $21k and my 2017 Ram for $65k and paid off the hooklift and dumpsters with the proceeds. Business is booming and no payments. Once the housing market corrects I’m buying some single family homes and dropping adu’s in each backyard. I have a house and built a ADU in the backyard of this one that pays for my mortgage. ADU’s / granny flats is a big business out here now with all the new laws allowing them. Anyhow, not trying to brag just sharing my info incase it sparks some ideas for others. In Cally you can build a detach ADU that’s 1200sqft and a JADU that’s attached to the current house that’s 500sqft.

You are super smart brother! I love watching your videos! I started my junk removal business about a year ago, and my plan is to reinvest to get cash flow, and take a percentage of that cash flow and reinvest in real estate... I bought my first rental property, and my conservative cash on cash ROI is 27% not including the equity it's gained! You give me hope and inspiration! Many people tell me I'm not going to make it, but I know I will. I have multiple trailers, but I just bought my first dump trailer last week! Finally I won't have to unload by hand anymore! I plan on getting roll off trailers as soon as possible! Hopefully next year!
@rollingops

Dude thats awesome! Keep it up and just keep reinvesting in your cash flowing business and parking money in your long term assets that will build equity. Get a good balance going and I promise you won't regret it? Is it work? Of course, but it is something you can be proud of, and slowly what you are building starts working for you, instead of you working for it.

Been following the channel a while. Got a hooklift truck built recently. People have to know there are some heavy cost up front. Also larger city trailers won’t be efficient. Luckily I own a medical supply business that does well and the dumpster biz startup offset profits of the other biz. Once you get past the upfront cost any other cost mean you are making money. Fuel and dump fees

love the video man! have a question… so for my dumpster rental business after i pickup the rentals i always send a link to the customer asking them to give me a review if they have time! typically most of them do! Over the past few weeks i’ve had about 7 customers give me reviews and show me proof they have and it won’t show up on my review section. tried contacting google but not getting an answer. none of the reviews have gone against the rules either. have you had this happen before?

For what thing? I usually have an emergency line of credit for about 25-50k. I renew every year, incase I forsee a big project, or want it on hand incase I need to do an unexpected repair or buy equipment quickly. I try not to use it, and when I do I try to pay it down quickly. My apartments and construction are usually "paid for" with equity. And then they get rolled in together in loans. While being careful not to over leverage myself.
