Let me tell you, it's ALWAYS an operation! Tag along as I take a look at how a couple of different guys plan to tackle a snowstorm here in the midwest.
When the weather forecast predicts a snowstorm, businesses and snow plowers kick into high gear. They start by stocking up on essential supplies like salt, shovels, and snow blowers. They make sure their vehicles and equipment are in top shape, ready to tackle the snow.
As a dumpster business, I personally make sure my routes are planned, dumpsters are prepped to prevent freezing, and my trucks and trailers are ready for the slick roads.
Meanwhile, snow plowers like @HollensteinerLawnCare are busy prepping their fleet of trucks and snow removal equipment. They check their plows and spreaders, making sure everything is in working order.
When the snowstorm hits, businesses may have to close their doors for a day or two, ensuring the safety of their employees and customers. However, some businesses, like restaurants and dumpster delivery services, may still operate to provide necessary services to those in need.
Snow plowers work tirelessly to clear the roads, making them safe for travel again. They prioritize main roads, highways, and emergency routes to ensure that essential services can still function during the storm. Once the storm passes, they continue their work to clear parking lots and sidewalks, allowing businesses to reopen and people to get back to their daily routines.
People like @kylegrimm and I also need to make sure we clear our apartment and trailer lots to guarantee the safety of tenants!
It's always something, but you have to stay on top of it. Especially if you're shooting to be a Blue Collar millionaire!
