In the dumpster or junk removal business and looking to be as efficient as RollingOps? Make sure to book a FREE demo with Docket!
www.yourdocket.com/rollingops/
Was it overkill? Maybe, or maybe it was a super efficient move on my part. Picture this: we rolled up to the customer's house with the mini excavator, ready to tackle the junk-filled house they paid RollingOps to take care of. But the landfill is significantly farther than normal, and I'm on a time crunch to rent out more dumpsters!
With a few hard-working dudes joining RollingOps, we dove into the cleanup, making quick work of it all. Completely wrapped up by lunch. The excavator's power and efficiency cut our working and driving time in half, leaving us feeling like total pros. Less dumpsters equals fewer trips and fewer landfill fees, which means I can rent more dumpsters to other customers while simultaneously tackling this job. All together, that means a better ROI.
Teamwork combined with heavy machinery and technology to keep us on task really does make the dream work!

Great job guys, yes it’s hard to see things thrown away. Somethings people might use yes, some people see value and stuff. But don’t understand the amount of work it would take to clean it, and sell it. I understand where the owners of this property stand. Keeping some of the stuff that may be more sentimental is the way to go.

Back when I was doing multiple trash-outs a month, I found a 9 pound hammer to be the best and fastest at breaking up furniture that doesn't have cloth on it.....dressers, tables, cabinets, chairs etc. You can have that stuff flat and not taking up room in the dumpster in no time. Another great video. Keep up the good work!

Clayton, Since you are promoting Docket, I would love to see a "shared screen" video of you going through a day with Docket! Tracking of bins, scheduling, invoicing, receiving payments etc..... I know Docket will do this, but the content coming from you will be much better! Thanks man

Just caught your channel! Fun stuff, hard work. The removal is fascinating to see where it progresses. Do you bring in a reseller? Bring in a charity resale? Maybe advertise a free area that folks could come grab? Questions of what would help. I get controlling all the removal in efficiency. Thanks from this retired guy watching OPW! "Other People Working! Good stuff. Peace!!

I’ve got a question. I just recently got a roll of trailer as an impulse decision that I thought I could do this.. I had a LiDAR wireless remote.. that remote is lost now What’s my best solution to replace?
@rollingops

Tuff wireless. Replace it with that now that you have the chance. Lodar is a ticking time bomb of problems. I review the tuff wireless remote in one of my videos. You won't regret it.

I don't usually dump in IL, I'm in a tri state area. I can dump within 3 states actually. I actually only had dumped in IL 3 times in three years. Until very recently, after getting a call from a landfill that negotiated prices with us

But that mini doesn't fit inside my dumpsters unfortunately. Just shy by a few inches. It's barley legal on a 14k trailer. But would suggest 16k axles if you can get em

Actually I've been looking at a 18gvw but a 14 showed up for a smoke deal but I think I'd be pushing it. Wasn't for shut if I had a skid made if that would put it above the fenders because my mini is 6' 6" so thanks for the help love your content

Hard to tell in this video. But this house was heavvvvily smoked in. Thift stores didn't want the furniture especially cloth. Bit I'll admit there were definitely a few items that could of been Sold. But it comes down to need and efficiency sometime
@chadjelliston5652
@chadjelliston5652 4 ай бұрын
Majority of the local places that take those items are so picky you end up having left over stuff. Unfortunately as a business it’s more profitable to dump it. Less time. Some nice stuff you can sell but as a business you can’t be a chairlift service every job. That’s up to the owner/customer if they want to get rid of stuff beforehand. Saves them $ too.
@rollingops
@rollingops 4 ай бұрын
@chadjelliston5652 exactly. Holding onto that stuff, hoping someone takes it becomes a time suck, storage and logistic nightmare sometimes
@chadjelliston5652
@chadjelliston5652 4 ай бұрын
@@rollingops yeah it sure does. I tried it when I started but I soon found out you spend more time and make less money. And have storage issues like you said. The charity stuff is for the owners to deal with beforehand.
