Calling yourself an alpha does not make you a beta. Most alphas know they are alphas because the beta males around them make it apparent. But I do agree that alphas don't find it necessary to bring attention to themselves as such.

Agreed and following the alternative logic would mean if a man called himself a man then he’s really a woman. Interesting though if a man calls himself a beta no one says “that means he’s an alpha”

@@jasonj_vii2012 true. Yeah I have only heard a few admit that they are beta. It is kind of like having an alcohol problem. If you can admit to it then maybe you can get clean(turn alpha). Alpha males are rarely born(especially in recent culture) but they can be made. It isn't a light switch but can be obtained by anyone with determination imo.

The Israeli gal is making unfair examples of what is obviously Fresh and Fit, at least in the episodes I have seen. All the times I saw that women got kicked off it was over reasonable objections after several times of getting warned and people forget that it is Myron’s house as well. Is there episodes that maybe they took it too far unsure haven’t seen all the episodes but even if that’s the case that gal made it sound like it was every case rather then some and not a fair characterization of fresh and fit and showing she did take it personally their criticism of her which is she is too masculine
