I give my esteemed greetings to his Imperial Majesty, Imperator Aurelian III of Rome. You may not know me your grace but your forefathers have. I am the Senator Arishok Aristaeus. I have been away from court due to a vacation in the lands known as Hungray, slaying the filthy Aegyptus and mounting their skulls on spikes, but I have returned to guide the hand of Rome once more. Firstly, I have learnt of our Germanic brethren constantly locked in battle to populairse the one truth faith. It is imperative we ally with them, not only to ensure they continue to exist but help them conquer Germania. If they do conquer Germania our realm shall forever more be solidified. The potential manpool in Germania is unrivalled as of current moment. Secondly, I propose we plan expeditions into Hispania. It is still highly fractured and unlikely to unify. Furthermore, it still contains the land of the filthy Aegyptus heretics so it shall prove beneficial for us to conquer and occupy the lands of Hispania. Lastly, I believe the title of Northern Roman Empire no longer suits us. For we control Rome proper now. Whilst I believe it is too early for us to become the Western Roman Empire yet perhaps the Central Roman Empire? Or something of the kind would be more appropriate? Dear Emperor, Dear Senators, of the Northern Roman Empire, Art, music, navy and much more flowed into our culture. But in the last few decades, we have forgotten exactly that. Culture. By that I don't mean spreading the Roman culture, no, mixing it. Many pillars of this culture were created by other cultures, eg the aquaduct. That's why I suggest visiting our former nemesis and embracing their culture. Congratulations on recent vcitories emperor Aurelius. Now that rome has been taken we have to start moving the court to the rightful capital of the Empire, the holy city of Rome and also stablish our domain in rich province of campagnia. We have to retain still londinium and the rest of nodes in any case. The next objective clearly to be Hispania and cartago nova. Since its divided looks like a faster campaign with much more to win than campaign through germania. Romans there will have to wait. May the senate decide wisely.

Fellow Romans, we may have defeated the Germanic threat a few years earlier but don't think that we'll be safe, the Germans will one day come back again and again however their territory is barely worth all the war, so I suggest that we fortify the Rhine and Danube and focus on Illyria the land of Aurelian and Diocletian as well as Spain and perhaps Africa to legitimise our status as now Western Romans.

It is time to move the capital to somewhere else. Whilst britannia is a well developed region, it is isolated making asserting our control in europe a more harduous task than it should be. Whilst Rome is an obvious candidate, due its historical importance I would suggest putting our new capital in southern gaul. The reason why a city in souther gaul could be our new capital would be because it would in the center of the empire and will help assert our control in gaul. Furthermore, a capital in southern gaul would make a good starting point for invading hispania and northern africa, two potential region we should conquer next.
