How much climbng after the elevator to the St. Peter’s dome mosaics

I believe there is only a few stairs (1 or 2 flights maybe) after the elevator to reach the mosaic section of the dome...then there is another 320 steps to get to the top of the dome. Thanks for watching we really appreciate it :)

Thank-you so much for watching and you support. We flew into the leonardo da vinci-fiumicino airport. We loved the direct flight, it was so nice not to have to connect through another stop. From Rome to Sicily there may be two airport options depending on the airline and dates the other one is Ciampino. Hope you have a wonderful trip! Cheers Chris and Jim
