It is definitely a nice offer. But she’s in the Netherlands, so I don’t think she’ll need to pay a lot herself, most is covered by mandatory health insurance. Generally you only have to pay your own risk and that is pretty much it. Own risk is €385 if you chose to the lowest option which is what most people have.

@@kodis_wittle_life4850 I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. My doctor told me I had a chance of being cured with resection, but time would tell. I am 5 1/2 years from that horrid diagnosis. People told me it would come back just like you have mentioned, but it is super super unhelpful. People understand cancer and it's unpredictability. There is no need to educate cancer patients on their cancer. They know more about their individual health circumstances than a stranger on the internet. I am sure you mean well, but let someone be positive and happy, please. Wouldn't you want people being happy and supportive of you and not dropping negativity on your tough health journey? Hope is a great thing.

DO NOT worry about the financial part. I used to work for a University medical center on a clinal trial for prostate cancer. When ins. companies, medical centers, and research trials evaluate who they’ll pay for, they look at age, overall health before the cancer, and some demographics. You are young, healthy (pre-cancer), and working on an advanced college degree. You are mentally strong. You have all the positives and none of the negatives. They have the $ designated, and you are absolutely the type of candidate a clinical trial looks for! 💕💕💕 So if they’re giving the $ to anyone, they’re giving it to patients like you! 🤗🤗🤗 You have enough to think about-don’t let the $ part bring you down. It’s likely a non-issue.

EVERYONE READ THIS!!! IMPORTANT!!! This is about the bone marrow transplate that she has to go through. It is very rare to be a match for a bone marrow transplant. Manny people don't know how the transplant works, i am gonna explaine it shortly, the transplant can be through blood, but also through bone marrow, both options are very very close to NOT AT ALL dangerous for the donors. The body of the donor will after the trasplant automaticly make more bone marrow and blood. so after a couple weeks it will be as if you did not even have a transplant at all. So if you donate your blood or bone marrow you will not have any bad side effect nd you can just go on with your life. BUT for the one who gets the transplant, their chance of surviving cancer will go up A LOT! you can litterally save a life with it. Sending love from Georgia. This is going to sound silly, but I named one of my chickens after you. I raise chicks in my spare time and this one chick was very sick but had a crazy will to survive. I kept her inside for weeks feeding her sugar water with a syringe. Every day I thought she surely wouldn’t make it, but every day there she was. So I called her Romee. Now she’s outside with all the other chickens living the good free range life. I know you will get better. You’ll be back traveling and living free as a bird soon.

I'm a nurse and I'm glad you made it to the hospital in time. Twice. That's a miracle In itself. Everytime we have one the cardiologist never needs the name of the patient because it's usually the person screaming in pain. I've taken care of gunshot victims, stabbings and even amputations but the people with dissections are the ones who experience the worst pain I've seen. They hurt so bad they can't even form the words to tell you. Since you've had two have you been diagnosed with a genetic condition that causes them? I hope things went great and you have a speedy recovery! 😁😁😁

I am so sorry to hear. My grandfather he had non hodginks lymphoma in 1945-1946 at 19 y/o, he recieved really high doses of radiation it was not yet a standard procedure at that time and his chance of survival was really low. He lived until he was a month shy of 80 y/o and never had cancer again. I hope that maybe I can give you some hope by sharing this, when you got such devistating new. Lots of hugs!

Romee, my sister in law had cancer back in 1992 and they did a stem cell transplant and she is still with us today :) something will work! Yes, if you do a go fund me there are so many of us on here that can help if insurance won't pay. I am so sorry about your news but I have faith they will find the right treatment!

There is a girl called Jessica (@getfitwjessica on instagram) and she used to have a stage 4 Hodgkin's lymphoma. At first, she did two different chemos and none of them seemed to be working. Then she did radiation and it didn't seem to be working either as the PET scan still lit up every single time, but then in the end, I believe her doctors decided to do a biopsy and they found out that it was scar tissue or something like that. Basically, it was no longer cancerous despite lighting up. She is now completely recovered and is doing great. Now, I am not very knowledgable on the topic, but did anyone mention this as an option? Either way, I am 100% sure everything will work out well in the end! You are an incredible person and an ispiration to many! Much love! ❤

My brother had been fighting leukemia, he was literally at deaths door and somehow he fought back from the brink. When I was a child, my grandmother (in her early 50s) was diagnosed with late stage ovarian cancer. She was given 6 months to live. She was a fighter and lived over 6 years. FIGHT, research is being done and you don’t have an expiration date! Praying for you!

Hi romee! I’m sorry you’re going through this . My mom was diagnosed with breast cancer on 24th March . We were all broken and shattered but when we took our broken hearts to God and prayed to him , he healed my mother on 9th April and we’ve been completely surprised by how God can work miraculously in our life .
