Romeo is a purebred Bengal cat who has learned many behaviours with the use of positive reinforcement with a clicker. Positive reinforcement training is force-free training thus animals eagerly choose to perform their behaviours of their own free will.
In February 2014, both he and his adopted brother Kieran were diagnosed with stage 3 degenerative kidney disease which is progressive thus isn't curable. Romeo and his brother, Kieran both know a heap-load of behaviours (aka tricks). Everything they've learned is through a fun training method called "clicker training" which anyone can learn to do themselves with any pet animal; not just for cats.

Positive reinforcement training using a clicker requires some sort of reinforcer; for cats it's generally a treat which is what you'll notice if one carefully is observant as you were. :)

Cute! However skateboard kitty looks extremely underweight. Perhaps s/he suffers from a medical condition that needs to be medically evaluated and treated respectively.
