Most of them get .1-.5 cents per ad that plays fully through without someone hitting skip ads. Now let’s take in the fact that he probably gets less than that since you tube pays that fee in the currency of that country.

Also if your trying to bulk up try to add noodles to your diet I would say your eating a little low on carbs to gain size. Noodles are a cheaper carb to bulk up with, I would use any noodle besides rice noodles if you have the ability to get them in your country.

Cooking tips 1. Use marinade from chicken to deglaze the pan, it make well sause for rice. Or use it instead soy to cook fasol. 2. Salt the veggitables in your tako (if salmot not salt enough), it will make it taste better. 3. Add water from peppers to the rice (maybe).

you shouldn’t add the chicken marinade to the pan IF you’ve marinated your chicken for >1 day as the fats would mix in together with the sauce, and that would be nasty.

You should try tofu sometimes. 100g of tofu has 8g of protein at only 76 calories. Tofu also proven to be safe for daily consumption without messing with your testosterone (at least at moderate consumption; I would use less than 600g a day)

damn, for real man, yoru video is beautiful, reminded me when i was a kid and lived in my grandmas house, and she had a BUNCH of trees, nectarines, oranges, apples, peach, berries tree, berries bushes, strawberry bushes, sweet potatoe plantation, 3 banana trees (i broke em down once they got infested with ants) chicken as well and more stuff that i dont remember the name or cant translate, you look good man, bigger than last time ngl been a while since i watched ur videos, ur making progress, have to start a small business or have more chicken, so you get more eggs and can have even more protein, dont underestimate egg protein, there are phenomenal physiques who eat only egg and rice.
