I think it’s interesting that the companies who are selling consumers these devices and services aren’t addressing these incursions a little more aggressively. People can do the updates and turn off their phones, but if a cellular provider is allowing people’s privacy to be compromised because they aren’t doing what THEY should well that’s not good.

Exactly what I thought of, he does not seem to be aware? Itwas used during EU elections to know the strategy of the opposition. It was aggressively coupled to prosecution of made a up case, that failed, and then pushed over to propaganda tv for hate campaign against the whole family. And the opposition ‚lost’ those elections but later on everybody figured you have to go old school to be safer from surveillance that was used massively and illegally. The powers that be are absolutely listening to our phone calls it is uncanny how many times I have spoken to a friend / family member and it shows up on google, youtube, especially. I don't participate in any other social media. I disabled my text to speech. Things seem to be pretty good with that, however, with as much as I input into my phone through texting, emailing, searching, etc I was not able to maintain not using the microphone.
