He went to prison for a probation violation after testing positive for drugs. He NEVER killed anyone. He was involved in a fight where someone else pulled a gun and killed somebody. He didn’t know anyone was armed. He got put on probation for being there.

What's incredibly interesting to me about this band is that over, and over, the cinematography, sound effects, (i.e. The gun shots, head shots of zombies, explosions, and crazy shit IS ON BEAT WITH THE DRUM COUNT) and implemented as parts of the actual song, and break down. Along with just phenomenally relevant viewpoints of society and addressing real shit like you said. 10/10

My theory why Ronnie gets a lot of hate: he started in a scene/emo band and the core audience were teenage girls without older metal/rock fans to teach them about rock. Plus teenagers often seem to think in extremes. There favorite band is the best and all others should be heated. Their heroes have to behave the way they dream about, otherwise their love turns to hate, etc. To make things worse: Ronnie's also a rapper, with the typical combative and cocky attitude. If you're not familiar with hip hop culture, this might come of as arrogant. And let's be real... Ronnie is a clever guy and knows how to use the haters to his advantage. Greetings from Germany

Ronnie has always been one of the most interesting and mysterious ppl I’ve ever known through music and the internet-there’s a lot to learn from him and if you’ve watched him on streams or interviews he’s actually quite kind and cool. I think his rockstar attitude gets him in trouble but what can you expect from a rockstar. His personality is strong and unapologetic and ppl have always taken that the wrong way. He’s been doing this a longgg time and has shown he’s grown to be a great man. I’ll always respect him. ANYWHO THE BAND IS IMPORTANT TOO!! They also haven’t released a date yet for the ep-so could be released after tour in late February! Just giving you what I assume hahah

Often I’d say. But the singles have been good, and especially the ones that point out the problems in society (drugs, popular monster, zombified) I think are nothing short if phenomenal. I think before Ronnie was kinda just making music to make music other than a few songs here and there but I think he’s slowly starting to really find what his style is and what he’s good. The only problem I have with this song is the bridge/breakdown is too similar to the one in popular monster.

First time that I heard this release on Octane, I knew exactly that it was about the cancel culture that we have been plagued with. And I agree, Ronnie is easily one of my favorite artists. The lyrics as well as how they are able to wrap the music and the lyrics together to create a, sort of, maximum effect of the music, is amazing. They had done it in Popular Monster, Drugs, and others, and they have become one of my absolute favorite bands to listen to, musically and lyrically.

I don’t think anyone should be canceled, if you allow it for one person people will do it to others too. I think it’s up to every individual to support someone after they did something and we should do our own research and not let other people make decisions like that for us. Cancelling is a very toxic act and there’s way too much toxicity around. I also think people should recognize when it’s too late (like a tweet from seven years ago) a joke that isn’t serious at all, or brief moments of anger that only happen once and also aren’t serious (Jeremy Renner is a good example). Like, c’mon, we’ve all told a friend we will kill them and didn’t mean it but when he does it people wanna cancel him. It’s a problem. Your opinion is valued.

They went from this Emo little girl band to THIS an amazing band with song that have lyrics that are hard hitting with instrumental intensity to back it up. I met Ronnie Radke at the LA County Fair in Pomona when I was closing at work and he seems like a normal person. I do the same thing. I’ve played popular monster multiple times everyday for a year now and it’s still my all time fave song..... until last week when I heard this song. Now it’s this song
