For the fans that know the context of the song, the feels are real. The original one has the same lyrics, it's about Ronnie's struggle with drugs and then jail. He talks about how difficult was to stay sober. In here, the piano adds the sadness and maturity about it so we can realize the real problem here, but what i liked the most is that in the original video the "drug" was portrayed as a woman, in here the "drug" is the same woman that is in the album cover... and at the end she burns. Ronnie had been sober for years now, he doesn't need her anymore and we are so fucking proud of him.

It's quite amazing actually. Ronnie really depicts how he has matured perfectly. When you're young, you know what you're feeling but don't know how to express yourself. You can't put words to your emotions, and once you get older you're able to do so more effectively. In the original song, the words are the same but the emotion isn't quite there. But in the reimagined version, with his experience and maturity he is able to convey his feelings perfectly.

The thing is, a lot of the time when singing in a more melow tone like Reimagined, people will try to not yell, or have breaks in there voice, or have uneven vibrato. But Ronnie does all of those things, and he's a genius for it. It adds so much emotion to an already emotional song. When he is borderline yelling it's reminiscent of when you're in an emotional arguement with someone. When his voice breaks between head and chest voice in conjunction with the uneven vibrato it almost makes it seems like he's almost crying while singing. Even if it's subtle adding all those things can make something seem so so much more personal and so much more intense than if you didn't. Ronnie Radke is a fucking genius and there's nothing you can do to change my mind.

now I'm quite a bit older than most here. That being said, this is what's been missing from metal for a while. Used to be when you bought a tape or cd the band would have a ballad. It would be nice to see that come back. Perhaps this will start that again.

That's true... The funny thing is that I really love loud and agrssive music but most times a song like this is the one that blows me away. It was the same thing when I heard Distubed's "Song of Silence" and on many others. I like to bang my head of but in truth these are the true masterpieces.

I really want to see him react to In The End by Black Vail Brides. Andy, that man. You look at him and think you know exactly how he's going to sound. And then his voice just blows you away. Not to mention Ashley on the backup singing. I'm happy Ashley has started his own career he also has an amazing voice and now people get to hear it more

Oh yes! Andy is this super good looking that looks to be in a boy band like 1 direction kind of guy.. but instead is a metall rocker n then the voice just explodes of someone that would come out of dwayne jhonsson or something.. I like some of his solo album... ribcage n we dont have to dance being my favourites.. but his solo stuff is much more pop rock.. but BVB wake up n their latest vengeance is pretty good

I mean. It's not that he doesn't deserve it. It's just his past is a bit rocky. Gave him a pretty bad look. And he has some slight anger problems he needs to manage. Which after seeing the re-imagined.. I'm hoping he's a clean and good to go guy now. Cus the talent and effort he's putting out from that. Just fuck me up. Hope he doesn't throw that away.

Diving into the lyrics is a must for Falling In Reverse. He writes his own songs and they are usually very emotional and full of things he experiences. "The Drug In Me Is You" sounds very catchy, upbeat, and fun song. But dive into the lyrics knowing that he struggled with drug abuse and you will find a whole new meaning behind what he says. Its almost as if he is admitting his life is falling apart and he cant stop it. I think the use of women in the video (not only cool for a video) is a representation of his vices. "The Drug In Me is Reimagined" uses the same lyrics but delivered in a different method. Also very emotional and carries with it a different meaning. Almost like an apology or declaration. He released the song "for his fans" and the imagery in the video such as the blond woman (who was the cover of his old album) and her burning at the end to me signifies that he is getting better and moving beyond his past. One of my favorite songs by them is Chemical Prisoner. Watch it and have the lyrics pulled up. Ronnie is an artist.

He is unbelievable. I feel the same way everytime he opens his mouth. I just found Ronnie and F. I R. A few months ago and I've been listening, watching, crying, clapping and in awe every single time. I watch the reactors, I watch him react to the reactors. I watch interviews and I've been to prison myself. For 3 years and I've been out 2 years. I'm going to be 62 October 23rd but wait wait...... I'm going to see them October 17th in St Augustine Florida. You should get on a plane and come with me. Or get a ticket I'm sitting in the omg seats way up high but I don't care. It is going to be the best thing in my life in the last 5 years. I live your reactions becuz you are like me. Words cannot explain how Ronnie Radke sings and acts. I always say Ronnie Radke + piano = sexiness. I know you are married but she doesn't have to worry about a thing. I'm married also. I never cheated on him 22 years but he did me. Anyway it is going to be an awesome time. I believe there are still tickets left. Bring the Mrs. Take care. 😊😊❤
