Ronnie Coleman is an amazing man. I couldn't get his book in the U.K so I sent him an email, he responded personally and sent me a book out from his local post office. I've trained pretty consistently for 15 years and he's twice the size i'll ever be. So humble, so down to earth, and achieved so much. I defy anyone to not want to conquer the world after watching an RC youtube video. PS - Embryo is the word Ronnie was looking for.

I’m considering going to the Institute myself but did you feel any positive affect after you actually got the stem cells?!

I was lucky enough to me you at a place on Port road South Australian . I remember you did a big talk about how if you believe in yourself you can achieve anything and after the talk I guy got up in the crowd , he was an absolute tooth pick and nothing of him , he proceeded to shout out while flexing his arms “Ronnie can I be Mr Olympian “ ? And your reply was one of the funniest things I’ve ever heard . You said you don’t have a snow ball chance in hell. The place erupted . I also remember you saying you would sign and have a photo with everyone there no matter how long it takes. And true to your word you did. You’re a people’s champion and an absolute gentleman. I too have had back surgery luckily mine was successful. Well better then it was . No pain down leg but definitely not 100% . I really hope you get some relief from the new treatment because if anyone deserves it it’s you . Take care Brother .

I pray god that stem cell therapy works, and we get to see our champ back in normal shape. We as fans expected too much from Ronnie. We wanted to see him getting bigger and shredder after every Olympia. Ronnie never disappointed his fans. He did this for his fans he trained harder and harder. I want my champ to be normal again. He has done so much for his fans, i love king Ronnie he is the best.

@@unizozz To some extent i would say yes after all who doesn't wants to be on top. But Ronnie was tell me did you not expect him to come better and better and much bigger year after year. Ronnie could have stayed in his 2003 shape and won many more Olympia's but he always came bigger and shredded than previous year. That's because his fans called him Big Ron and he lived up to it.

You need to give a herniated disc injury a long time to heal before continuing training. It's possible with sciatica to eventually have no pain or a manageable level of pain once the disc flattens and stabilizes and the internal gelatinous fluid is absorbed into the body.
