Definitely the biggest when it comes to competition shape with no body fat. Close to 300 pounds in 2003 with literally no body fat and amazing conditioning. Ramy was big, but never was able to look like Ronnie when so big. One of the strongest ever too, but I think Stan Efferding was stronger in most things. If you want to consider Larry Wheels a bodybuilder than he's stronger as well. There are a lot of really strong bodybuilders, some weaker ones too, but a lot of strong ones.
