No it’s not… The difference in price between 0.35 and 0.40 is not that much that you’ll compromise the strength for.. The money you’ll spend on maintenance will be way higher than the price difference when it’s start giving way The least I advice is 0.40, except maybe for your OBI

Did you say the difference in price is not much? About 700 Naira difference and we are talking 457 square meters here.

Someone told me that there are two depth measurement for roofing, 400 depth and six hundred depth. can you tell me the difference as i don't want the roof to be too high. the building is a four unit of 3 bedroom flats.
