Having tested my challenge car at Silverstone last week and seen & heard the LMP3 cars go past, I’ve been looking into the cars and came across this Road to LMP3 series …. Really enjoyed watching it and the journey. Can imagine the buzz you had doing it and a 2:01.9 … great job! 👏 … next stop, Ginetta website 😂🤦🏼‍♂️

Racing drivers tend to be extremely fit nowadays, I think you need to get down the gym mate. Decent cardio training but also strength/weight training (especially strengthening the neck) It'll make you be able to handle the stresses of driving but also ensure that you don't get to @#$%ed to be able to get out of the car super quick if needed (after stacking it)
