I’m enlisting very soon and I know that sometimes you get stationed at different states or countries at random times, so how often would I have to move all my things out of my current barracks into another barracks? Calvin Martin once you become permanent party, you can do all of that. You can shop online and have it delivered to your unit mail room. And whenever you are not on work hours for example like when you get off work or on the weekends, you can go wherever you want.

Rosalie Marthens heyyy! For my room there is no door to separate us. It was a big open space to where me and my roommate were literally staring at each other so we decided to move our desks in the middle. Technically we are still in the same room but the desks block our view of one another so it makes it feel like we have our own room sort of (not really lol).. but I have been in barracks where they are separated by an actual door. It just depends on your units barracks.

Write those dreams on a piece of paper, crumple it up and throw it in the trash lol. Yeah in a-school you have a roommate. When it comes to your first duty station it just depends which one you go to. Some you have roommate some you wont. So start researching now. ( I hope you know how to swim )

I’ve been in a couple on my post that have their own rooms and they just share a common area but it just depends on the barracks that your unit is assigned to. Hopefully you’ll get lucky though lol 😝😊
