Roomba 960 Review [2020 Edition]: Oldie But Still Good

Spot on review. I've had my 960 for a year and it does amazing on carpet, good on tile. To me the individual room cleaning isn't important, but the navigation seems to spend too much time around dining room tables.

I recently found a Roomba 960 in a dumpster. It works! Though I'm not sure how well it works. I just cleaned it out today. I will test it again tomorrow, this time using the app.

I was talking about an in-app feature. But it is compatible with the physical "virtual wall" device if that's what you're asking about

I’ve had a 960 for almost 4 years. I did just replace the battery a couple months ago. It’s still going strong though!

Thanx for the review. Can iRobot update the software that would enable 900 series to gain the capabilities of selecting a room to clean? Or the firmware is not sufficient to do that.

Technically yes, I think they can, but this model has been out for several years and still no update. So I don't think that's happening.

came like new and for the price of 180, its very solid, does a good job vacuuming that's what we wanted@@InaMopar
