Roosterkoek Magic at Oude Post Bistro

On route from Cape Town to the Garden Route in South Africa, @HackingTheRoad just had to stop for a mouthwatering South African favorite, the roosterkoek. Oude Post Bistro has a huge following for this tasty grilled bread which is made fresh as you wait. We loved watching as the chef prepared the dough for a new batch to be fired.

We were fortunate to see her in full-view action. Recently, it seems they have closed off that area somewhat. She's amazing!
