Honestly, I had my doubts. It looked TOO easy. But I tried it and it worked great! I had to add a bit more water on the second round. I might add a bit more yeast and add a few more minutes to rise because it came out quite dense. Not as fluffy as yours. But hey! Still worked great! No more store-bought bread! Awesome!
