I love how you approach endodontics in such a clean and simple way. I feel like a lot of doctors complicate it unnecessarily. Much respect and admiration.

My feeling is, the simpler the better if simple gets the job done. The more complicated you make a procedure, the more steps, the more chance of a problem. Take your practice to the Top Tier. Can complete obturation of the canal achieved by only single cone ?
@centerforard28 күн бұрын
Yes, definitely. According to endodontists who presented courses at my teaching center in Dallas for 20 years, the sealer is the material that is important in sealing the canals. The gutta purchase cone just propels the sealer into all parts of the canal. Again, according to the endododntists I have been involved with, the most important part of endodontics is filing and irrigating the canals thoroughly. The obturation of the canal is important, and you should not underplay that part, but the thorough filing and irrigation is the most important part according to these endodontists. Doc do you do a lot of these elective endo? In this case, looks like you’re doing endo prior to using the teeth as abutments for a bridge?
@centerforardАй бұрын
I only perform endo. if the tooth is hypersensitive to hot and cold prior to tooth preparation, there is nerve exposure or the tooth is abscessed. I do not want to have to perform endo through a crown because it compromises the life of the crown. If there is a high probability of the tooth needing endo, I want to perform the endo prior to seating the crown or bridge. Take your practice to the Top Tier.
