I learned that bioceramic sealers are mainly hydrophilic that like Little moisture left in the canals inorder to create hydoxyapitie which benefit us And expand unlike resin sealer I would like to know what you think about that. Thank you for your videos

Hello dr could you please talk about working on compromised patients? Like implants on diabetic patients and so on..

Diabetic patients sometimes require implants. Be sure you check with their medical doctor and get clearance in writing via e-mail and be sure you follow implant protocol and put diabetic implant patients on antibiotics for 5 days post op. Also, be sure to check and be sure the surgical patient is not taking bisphosphonates, diabetic or not. Many things to consider in dentistry these days!
