It would be good if you two would show before and after photographs of CT Angiograms of coronary arteries that were clogged and after following your advice the after photographs show reversing of the arterial plaque. Talking is one thing, subjective at best. Before and after photographs is the proof that would turn it from entertainment to a serious subject.

@doddgarger6806 insulin is not a bad thing. The reason why we have so many issues with diabetes is due to a variety of factors. It can vary for people due to their genetics. So long as you are eating fruit close to its nature state, most people should be fine. It's when you remove the fiber that it becomes a problem. How we prepare food matters, but whole foods are generally okay for most people that do not have metabolic issues.

My neighbors dog was very ill on the verge of death. I asked him what he's feeding it. I told him the story. He immediately changed the dogs diet to a one of meat. In Wisconsin there's some weird negative politics around dairy (vs, nut milk industry), which is big business in our state. I'm a big proponent of homemade whole milk yogurt. I feel dairy farmers just need to ignore the nut industry and shine a light on their products benefits, focus on grass fed and the benefits of dairy. Maybe Dr. Watson can make some phone calls to some farmers to explain some things to them.

You totally need to tell the full story. A person who had jaundice has a compromised exocrine system, which means they cannot metabolize fat properly, and the fat levels are really critical for these patients. Once one exceed the level of fat tolerable, the pancreas become inflammed, and pain develops in the back which spreads. This is very difficult for doctors or nutritionists to detect. In fact too much fat is prescribed (because we need it for energy right) and all of a sudden the pancreas and liver, the GUT start developing inexplicable diseases.

If you look at all of the weird looking life we have on earth from insects, mammals, on land, in the sea it's not possible. Just look at the blobfish, coconut crab, platypus, hippopotamus, humans, etc etc. No way they all evolved from the same source. The Fatty15 supplement is $101 for a 3-month supply. It does not list what the powder is made from. It is vegan. There is a link below the video which contains short videos condensing the info in this video. Saturated fats are found in salmon, anchovies, sardines, avocados, butter, full fat yougart, some cheeses, and grass fed beef and lamb. Older adults especially should avoid iron supplements as we tend to have too much and it damages cell walls.
