You guys have inspired my potted garden, got a few DA roses and it had been quite the summer tending to them. I get complements from my neighbors and appreciation for beautifying our street ☺️!

I’m still trying to catch up to all your videos, but I’m so happy that I had so many to look through. It is sad to hear about your suspicions who would not love a house with beautiful flowers next-door sometimes jealousy kicks in. But anyway, I hope it was just a suspicion. You do so beautifully with your gardens. I love to follow you and your wife.

Great information as always! Hope Angie is feeling better and now I'm going to look into this rose.😆 Kinda mind blowing that even in base housing people are still criminal minded and evil.I hope your rose takes on a new healthy life.Im looking forward to seeing how your new gardens come along in your new home.Again I say Thank you for your service to our country!🙏🕊️💚🇺🇸⚔️

Gosh I don’t think I would use that soil that was in that pot again…..since you found suspicious white powder in it. Love your videos❤️

Thanks for sharing the knowledge. You’ve given me the courage to transplant one of my roses that I’m sure is not thriving due to it being crowded 💕💕💕

I had Emily Bronte in a ginormous contain last spring, I was not happy with her all summer. I put a trap down, turned her on the side, had to rock and roll the contain to get her out. I was honestly shocked at the root system, planted bare root in March, in the ground just 6 months later. I'm on the shore in Md., zone 7b. She's loved her new garden, in the ground with hydrangea neighbors. You could use that container to plant something that would just grow on down thru the ground. I seen Bunny Guinness some yrs ago plant trees in huge bottomless containers.

Using that container would be amazing to reuse in that manner. Unfortunately we’re trying to condense what we pack up and move. P.S. love Bunny Guinness designs.

My neighbor didn't like my volunteer birds of paradise. So he pulled poison on it and killed it. The plant was inside of our fence, but his property was more up higher. So he could easily do so. He was mentioned that he hats the plant, and we would likt to have it....😑in the spot, in the longest never could not grow anything successfully. It is horrible.

Great video, Ambrose! Good that you can transplant roses at any time. Can you do the same with hydrangeas? I have a Tiny Tuff Stuff that doesn’t seem to like the sun even though it’s in partial shade. The lacecap blooms have all turned brown, although I water it every day. So I’m thinking to move it into a pot and put it in full shade. Any tips? Thx! 🌸

Lace caps in my garden love the sun, make sure you are watering from the base and giving it a good soak. Maybe your soil needs amending with compost and some bone meal. I just planted 3 tuff stuff ah ha hydrangeas and as long as you water them in good and good soil they will thrive.

I always bottom water and the soil has compost (as well as organic fertilizer in the spring). The blooms looked fabulous when they came out, but as the weather got hotter the tiny florets in the center turned brown and the surrounding petals faded. The leaves, however, are still green. I’ll move it into a pot in the fall and then keep it in full shade next year.

Nothing worse than nasty neighbours. We planted a maple tree and over the years it got so large some branches grew over the fence and they cut them back and threw them over into my beautiful garden smashing my peonies and flowers growing there. Now I don't fault them for cutting them but come on you don't throw them over the fence. So once I gathered them up and threw them back because I was so angry. They threw them back on my side. We ended up taking that tree out as it was getting black spot and was an invasive Norway maple. When they took it down they came out and asked the arborist why he was cutting the tree down and he said " Because they want to" I laughed because now they had no shade or privacy. They have planted an ugly fruit tree and it's branches are now growing over my fence....can't wait to get in there this fall and chop off all their branches hanging over my side and I feel like throwing them back at their side but I will chop them and recycle.

I would have probably moved if someone messed with my plants. Can’t believe people like that exist.
