1:32 look at how his left thigh is turned almost 90 degrees to his foot. The way he snaps the knee straight, then rotates around it is just painfull to watch. A knee replaced surgeons dream.

No, it's not uncommon. He just does it faster than anyone else! Incredibly fast hips!
