50 g milk
0.5 g yeast
Butter emulsion
70 g butter
100 g sugar
Orange and lemon zest
Vanilla pod
Final dough
340 g strong flour
100 g milk
2 eggs
15 g fresh yeast or 5 g dry yeast
6 g salt
15 g orange blossom water
