@@jaytender4949 I hope so. It’s sort of ruined the whole 9th doctors arc by having him have all these multiple companions and meetings and adventures before Rose. The whole point of his arc is that he leaves the time war a wounded, regretful man full of shame and guilt and anger. And it was Rose who made him better. She was important. By giving him companions before her, it retroactively diminishes her importance and impact as she’s just the latest in a long line. Instead of his first proper companion after the time war

I almost didn't give this one a shot since I honestly didn't care much for Rose until after Bad Wolf arch was finished, I won't give spoilers just in case for newbies, but I am happy I gave the first volume a chance. I still have the last one to go but I haven't started it because I didn't want it to end. The other stories that I listened to I LOVED. If you are on the fence about Rose as a character due to TV Doctor Who than I recommend giving BF a chance if you like audios! I'm glad to say I love Rose as a character now.

Just for clarification I do love Billie Piper's acting as well, I just couldn't stand the way she treated Mickey and her family in the show.

I am so glad that they still continue her spin off, as it is definitely needed to explain what happened between doomsday and turn left, which should have been done to begin with, as we only got bits of what she was doing and what her life was like on the parallel earth in the tv show, but nothing more than that, so hopefully they will do a another audio series about her life on the parallel earth or a animated series about it, but either way it is definitely needed to be sorted out.
