I completely relate with crying with no reason in Japan. It happened a lot to me, the beauty of good moments and unscriptable coincidences I met while traveling there overwhelmed me in such a way I couldn’t stop crying of pure joy, while not being able to stop or explaining why it was happening to me. The last episode was at the park below the Asahi buildings in Asakusa where we found a little festival with crews of young people dancing and musicians. It was such a beautiful moment, it filled me with unbearable emotion.❤

3:12 The monkey in the window is a handmade Kaj Bojesen Monkey from Denmark. I wonder; how it ended up there? It's a coat hanger. You put it on a hook, then the kids can hang their jackets on the feet. It's expensive danish design. The first one was made in 1951 I think. Now a days people use it as decoration around their house. I love mine. ❤

Thank you for sharing your videos of Japan, love, love, love them, keep them coming. The flowers over there are just so beautiful. We have had overseas students stay our our home in the past and they always say that Australia is wonderful and beautiful but gee whiz Japan is adorable. What a lovely memory of Japan you'll have once you're back in Tassie with cross stitching your memories - such a fun crafty thing to do. Lovely and tfs x

I'm from Perth. I love following your Japan trip on KZbin and Insta. When I saw you had uploaded a video, I could not hit the play button quick enough. I usually watch my videos at speed 1.5, but I kept your video today at normal speed to really immerse in the Japanese serenity. Felt like I was right there with you. Also, I love that you got emotional. I am the same when I'm in a place I feel connected to. I think these moments reinforce you are in the right place and doing the right thing for you. Thank you for sharing, Janelle xx

I would love to go to Okinawa where it is a blue zone region where people live the longest. Apparently their traditional diet consisted mainly of sweet potatoes….

God I want to go to Japan back SO BADLYYYYYYYYYY. These videos are such good tourist promotions!😍😆 We went in 2016 as our honeymoon, but now we have a toddler and I'm sure going to Japan with a kid would be the best thing ever...like it's such a safe country, filled with cute stuff everywhere, for sure it would make my little one so happy! I can totally picture her running around in that flower field and being as emotional as you about the kawaii mascot! OMG. I'm lobbying my husband to make this a reality, lol.

@Rosery Apparel it takes so long to get there though! I'm in Chile...in 2016 it took us 30+ hours with one connection in the US, back then we were 28 and child-free and it was fine, but now at 35 with a toddler those flights and the jetlag are no joke🤣
