Biggering | Hermitcraft Season 8 Animatic

So this one's actually because of the many many many requests to do it! I thought I'd take a turn on the first Boatem meeting and create a little story out of Scar's rejection of the idea, rather than joining. But, as you can see, that definitely took a turn for the worse...
I hope you all enjoyed the video! It took me a very long time to make, so much so that if you've got a decently sharp eye, you'll notice a slight art style change XD

Grian might be my favorite hermit, but Scar is absolutley my second favorite because he can do something that I want to be able to do (and grian is pretty good at it too); and that is being a really good villain while at the same time being a really good guy.

It always seems like half the server (Grian, Scar, Doc and Ren, and Xisuma) are warring for economic power while the other half are off in their own building/red stone world. I love all of this, but especially the subtle little details in the physical expression of the characters. You know Grian suspected right from the beginning it was going to be a problem. Also, the moment with Scar shaking Ex's hand is just such a powerful image. I cannot describe it. Scar's body language just says so much there. You know he has gotten exactly what he wanted, that this is where it is about to take a turn for the worse. It may be my favourite one in this video, although it is incredibly difficult to even attempt to select a favourite when they are all so remarkable. The moment where Scar got Grian's wings... My gods.
