I dont blame Mr Zelner for not wanting Rachel back. I wouldn't have wanted her working for me. Passes on a more qualified candidate for Tag because he was good looking. Sleeps with her assistant knowing how the bosses feel about it. Lies and says the boss wants to have her baby. More examples, but yea. I wouldn't hire her.

Mr Zelner is second to David Wallace, for being an incredible sitcom character in upper management-both are calm, patient and surrounded by the characters weird antics. From Rachel’s interview to Joey’s confronting him for “buying” Rachel’s baby to Ross keep on insisting him to take Rachel back by bribing him with bones and museum tours. I just hope he is in the show more though- literally one of the best Friends side characters ever.
