Practically perfect...as an elder stairs are our downfall.. literally... I recently came across your channel and just had to window shop... I'm in the States and unless I win a lottery it's unlikely I'll ever see Europe much less buy any home there... I did like the Hunting Tower and a few others..however they didn't have a name quite as descriptive so I can't say which they were... As many Americans may have told you, it's surprising how affordable the property is... Ah well.. I've taken up too much of your time... continue doing what you love young lady...may God bless and keep you...🌿🌿🌿

So wish i could purchase this and move to Italy. Your videos always make think I would feel welcomed and at peace. My favorite spot would be balcony in mornings having coffee. Would need books and local suggestions on gardening to be honest, but it would also be therapeutic and relaxing.

It does need some work in the cantina and a little updating upstairs, as well as cleaning up the gardens/landscape, but for the price and a gated area for parking, it amazes me that it hasn't been snatched up already, especially since someone can move in and update while living there. My husband and I love your videos and we've got a 5-10 year goal to buy a house there. My husband grew up in San Vito dei Normanni, so we're always looking at places in Puglia, Molise, Abruzzo and Calabria :)

very very nice and heaps of potential. i'd consider internal stairs to get to the cantina, spruce the place up and build a pool !

Beautiful home, very well maintained. Great amount of land. I remember the first time you posted this, I'm amazed it's still available. The price still feels a little high, but with the required 30% down a mortgage in the low 50K would make it do-able.

Very nice house in good condition. All it needs is paint. Great size garden area that can fairly easily be beautified. Heaps of extra room in that Cantina below - would install a bathroom with sauna in one of its rooms, then lounge out on the back terrace.

Nice house! Love the almost private driveway to the back gate, and the completely enclosed foyer. Wake up to the sun and that gorgeous view, and enjoy the afternoon sun in the living room or front yard. At first glance I didn't like that you couldn't get to the cantina from inside the house, but I began to like the idea if there's potential for something like an Airbnb or rec space below. Also interesting about the population of original Albanians in this town and in Southern Italy in general. A really nice offering, interior is uncluttered, just needs some sprucing up! 👍

Certainly does get the creative juices running for both interior and exterior. Would love to go to town on the exterior and grounds. Switch out plantings. Privacy fence vines. Bougainvillea perhaps. Pressure wash and paint. Spruce it up. Love the views and country feel. A nice offering.

This is my favorite house, no a single staircase inside...I wish I could have enaugh money to buy this house...but...it's a shame...I hope one day I'll find my cheap dream home...lol....Bonjour de Belgique.

Lovely views 😮 but I'd always opt for places with more character features, I think. Would Italians generally favour more modern/regular-looking places with standardized layouts etc. when they go house-hunting? Or do they value the old stone and feature ceilings as foreigners really seem to do?

How high is the ceiling in the cantina? Does it have a bathroom? Thinking it could be a guest suite or rental unit?

The cantina in Italian is the cellar so no cantina has a bathroom, but yes, considering the size you could easily convert it into rental unit by adding the necessary.
