A lot of work has been put into this to make two separate apartments, so it's more of a commercial enterprise from my perspective. Very neat, clean, and liveable, but the style doesn't appeal to me like many of the truly characteristic properties you show. This would be rented out in a minute as it has a lot of space. Thank you, Fiorella, for another comprehensive tour.

Like this property, due to its two separate units. I’d prefer to keep upper floor as main residence, because it has access to the well completed terrace, with its little attic room for an extra, comfy tv area because you could see the stars at night ! ... AND would rent lower residence. Do miss the exposed brick & stone walls which builds that beautiful Italian character. So great place... needs some re-new of several things. Overall tho, good place. Lots potential. Wish price would come down, maybe starting at €140 or €135 euros. ♥️

Price a bit high, but very nice condition.good for rental? Not sure if this area would attract many toutists.the balconies, terrace and air conditioning are nice pluses. Garage is only a plus if you have a short car thst could make it inside.The door trim is missing on 1/2 bath on top floor. I noticed yellow plastic tied to railings of balconies, terrace and Chimney. Are those to discourage birds/ pigeons from landing ?

You have already shown some houses from this town, and this one is way overpriced. Compared to the others, this one should be selled at max. Euro 80k. I'm sure we are going to see another video in the future with "price reduced." But the house is very, very nice. I would keep the garage and the first apartment and sell the above to a lower price to nice people so that I could assure a good neighborhood... Thanks for your work 👍👍
