This is fascinating! Well done! If I was younger, this business idea would be tantalizing! I think it’s fantastic that the seeds are utilized as heating fuel. Question: What happens to the waste from the olive flesh, after it’s been pressed?

It''s amazing that they are able to utilize all parts of the olive, even the refuse. I thought that was pretty cool. Being able to use the leftovers as fuel is genius! That is a very sustainable business model.

So interesting! Thank you ❤ I've watched several Italian YTers do their olive oil pressing recently and this is the first using this technique. I think most arent using as traditional methods. ( different grinders) How big us overall property? Is it just business or is there a residence close by for sale? Here in US, sheep grease is called tallow. :-)

How was the valuation done?, EUR 400.000 implies they make EUR 80.000 net profit per year which seems a bit steep.

Hi. That is something to discuss with the owners. We do not set prices.

Hi. I don't think most people who move here would be looking at purchasing and running a business, so it is not a matter of being affordable or not
