This is fascinating! Well done! If I was younger, this business idea would be tantalizing! I think it’s fantastic that the seeds are utilized as heating fuel. Question: What happens to the waste from the olive flesh, after it’s been pressed?

It''s amazing that they are able to utilize all parts of the olive, even the refuse. I thought that was pretty cool. Being able to use the leftovers as fuel is genius! That is a very sustainable business model.

( different grinders) How big us overall property? Is it just business or is there a residence close by for sale? Here in US, sheep grease is called tallow. :-)
