I've had two rotator cuff surgeries in less than seven months. My second surgery was this very one. My injury was listed as a, massive complete rotator cuff tear. My surgeon told me my shoulder was absolutely destroyed. You have to know, and your surgeon should tell you. As mine did, before he did the surgery. Massive rotator cuff tears have around a 90% failure rate. I'm now looking at my 3rd surgery in just over a year. Not looking forward to it, plus, I have to go out of state for this one.

Im 45 years old in perfect health! Probably i will need this procedure done! Activity wise what will i be able to do once healed! .....can i go to the gym and workout with weights gradually?? Thank you so much fo r the info.
