Yes! I have to be sure I don't watch him stream right before or after bed for me or I fall back to sleep listening to him. Sometimes when I can't fall asleep and its late I also listen to him.

PSA for anyone visiting Perth (the city 😅): 1) Read the signs at the beaches and take their instructions seriously. The waters may look calm, but dangerous under currents have drowned more than their fair share of tourists and locals. 2) Some insect repellents (Most supermarkets sell them) are effective against our dreaded swarms of flies. Don't spray it on your face 😬. Spray some on your hands and apply it on your neck and behind your ears, it repels them from your face. 3) Wear UV protective sunglasses. (Most pharmacies sell decent quality cheap ones). Our high level of UV rays are quite damaging to unprotected eyes, and it's more comfortable to see without all the glare. 4) Reapply sunscreen after every swim. If you do get sunburned, aloe vera gel helps. 5) Don't feed quokkas 'human' food (e.g potato chips, bread etc). It's bad for their health, and it can get you fined if you are caught. 6) If you intend to visit more than one place in a day, and are using public transport, buy a "day rider". It costs the equivalent of two standard tickets but it provides unlimited travel on public transport for that day. (The ferries to Rottnest are run by private companies so they are not included).

Thank you for sharing a part of your home town and sights! I love the outdoorsy stuff. My hometown is Dagupan in the Philippines. I just got back from vacation (bitter sweet as my Dad had health issues and sadly he passed in February) and I had a chance to visit and spend time home and traveled to Singapore fir the 1st time). I liked the Mario music! I visited Rottnest in 2009 when I went back to Australia for a second visit after living in Sydney for 6 months in 2000. I didn't do any snorkelling then but did a lot of cycling around the island, such a lovely place.

@@PerthNakhun Oh, the flies too! I swear they're worse in WA than here in NSW! I remember when I went up to Geraldton and stopped to have some lunch. As soon as I opened my car door there were flies EVERYWHERE. I ended up having to eat in my car, with all of the windows up 😆
