It's funny how everyone says you need to remove your tie rod or cut the old fastener when you were able to wiggle it out. Thank you so much for making this video.

That's a great video. You should remind us what torque measurement to do on the different brackets and such in case anybody is doing it without the installation manual.

Thanks for checking it out and commenting! I hope you found it useful or pass it along to someone doing the same project. I was hesitant to share the torque specs because the give a range and didn't want to make it confusing. Since you asked here they are! 3/8" 10ft/lbs-15ft/lbs 1/2" 40ft/lbs- 45ft/lbs

Did you have to get an alignment afterwards ?
@ocotillooutlaws41014 ай бұрын
@@daleboseleyjr2800 Thanks for the question! It’s always a good idea to get an alignment after making any changes. Because I did not remove the tire or the tie rod and the vehicle sat on the ground the entire time I waited until I rotated my tires a few months later. If I had dismantled everything taken the tire off and removed the tie rod, I would have aligned it immediately. They checked it out at the time of tire rotation and it was still in specs! Hope this helps 😎 thanks for watching and taking the time to comment. 👍🏻

No, did everything on the ground without removing the tire or tie rod.
